Alipurduar Ashutosh B.Ed College is sponsored and managed by Minimay Educational & Developmental Society, a newly established educational trust and affiliated by West Bengal University of of Teachers training, Education Planning and Administration University. Since, its inception in 2017, the activities of the trust have been spearheaded by its Founder Chairman, Mr. Mrinmay Bhattachariya, a reputed entrepreneur, educationist and a well-known personality of Alipurduar. After getting success from fields he had dreamt to extend his service in the field of education, especially in the field of teacher training.
